The Group, Evil Inc & Masks of Insanity ICW Manager of Operations Corporate Takeover & ICW Commissioner Rex made their way to the ring for the World Title presentation. Corporate Takeover unveiled the new World Heavyweight Championship, then Rex announced the 1st Ever ICW World Heavyweight Champion...Super Crimson Mask. However, it was ICW President Trish King that made her way to the ring, not Super Crimson Mask. Trish then announced that she was not going to allow the World Title to just be given to someone without them earning it. Trish King announced, that at ICW Insanity, ICW will be holding a 'World Title Tournament', where the winner will become the 1st ever ICW World Heavyweight Champion. However, to be part of the tournament, you must be a former ICW Heavyweight Champion.
